So many people feel like they can't digest, but they don't know it. They are digesting.
They just feel like they can't, and they feel food moving through them like golf balls,
or they feel like something's moving through them.
Maybe they're sleeping at night or trying to go to bed, and they feel it in the middle of the night.
They feel movement, or they're just not feeling like they can digest anything,
and they get a little nausea too in the pit of the stomach, but not just the pit of the stomach.
They get nausea right here on the left-hand side.
Have you ever seen anybody that has that? Now, vagus nerves, they come from the brainstem,
they come out and they travel down to the intestinal tract. When they're inflamed,
the gut gets hypersensitive and tricks out so many people as far as how the gut works, okay?
So what happens is all the nerves that go around the intestinal tract that come from the vagus
nerves get hypersensitive. So you think your food's not digesting and you struggle with what
you think is problems.
